tUnE-yArDs - Who Kill

Decided this album was good enough to warrant another attempt to resurrect this pitiful blog. Despite its initial interest its turned out a bit like a new girlfrind. All parties wnated it to start and go well but in the end never really bothered their arse with it so it petered out. So I'll make another stab at it over the next few weeks. Gave it a little face lift as well

And on to tune-yards. Initially it feels like a Feel Good summer album. lots of toe tapping catchy rifts with what feels like a fresh vocal sound on top. Its extremely easy to listen to and the up steps Bizness. really super track that starts slow and mellow but builds to a real rollercoaster of shouting that works quite well. The brains behind Tune-Yards Garbus, Uses her voice very well in some parts as one of the instruments which is actually a good thing in this case. I’ve added the video for Bizness. It’s a weird one buts something different. 8/10
